Terms and Conditions

By accepting our quote and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully and contact us if anything is unclear.

1) Pricing

All prices, where applicable, are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. After this period, prices may change.

2) Cost Estimates

The prices we provide are estimates based on our experience and expected needs, including your cooperation in providing content, meeting deadlines, and approving work. If there are significant changes in requirements, additional charges may apply, and we'll notify you in advance. We suggest allowing a 10% contingency in your budget for unexpected costs. All sales from Fox Branded are final, and payments are non-refundable.

3) Payment Terms

Work will begin only after we receive written approval of the quote and a 70% deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For projects under $4000, full payment is required upfront. This deposit is non-refundable, so please make sure to address any concerns before proceeding. We offer payment plans for projects over $4000.

4) Final Payment

The remaining balance is due upon project completion, such as the approval of a logo. If the final payment is delayed, it may cause delays in delivering the project. All payments must be made in full before the final delivery of assets. Late payments may incur additional charges, and we reserve the right to retain ownership of the work until payment is completed.

5) Ownership of Work

All creative work, including designs and intellectual property, remains our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership and rights will be transferred to you, except for any alternative designs or concepts not used.

6) Project Delays

If a project exceeds the agreed timeline or goes beyond two weeks from the quote approval, we may invoice for 25% of the outstanding balance, with the rest payable upon completion. We may invoice for completed work even if the client hasn't provided final approval.

7) Client Commitment

When you start a project with Fox Branded, you agree to work with us to complete it. If you're not happy with our work, we may ask for detailed feedback to make improvements. We need enough time to make changes based on your feedback to meet your expectations. Our goal is to help you succeed.

Because personal tastes and opinions are hard to measure, we focus on creating work that aligns with your goals and our expertise. When multiple people are involved in making decisions, it can lead to different opinions. If this isn't managed well on your end and feedback isn't clear, it can delay the project. In such cases, we may extend the timeline and charge extra fees if the project takes longer due to multiple decision-makers.

We offer revision phases in our creative process to fine-tune the work according to your tastes. These revisions are limited based on the package you choose and the feedback you provide. If you give minimal feedback, we can't guess your preferences. We'll let you know if your feedback is too minimal, so you have the chance to give more details. If you don't, you accept that the final result may not fully match your tastes.

8) Invoice Payment

All invoices must be paid before work begins, as outlined in the relevant points 3, 4, 5, and 7 above. This ensures we can start and continue work without delays.

9) Project Timeline

We aim to start work immediately after receiving the deposit. The completion date depends on the options chosen and your cooperation in providing necessary information and approvals. While we strive to meet deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by you or external factors.

10) Creative Options

We provide at least two creative options per brief. If you are not satisfied after three rounds of revisions, we may end the agreement without a refund of any payments made.

11) Client Changes

The cost includes up to three rounds of amendments. Additional changes may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you in advance.

12) Confidentiality

We will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it without permission.

13) Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims or losses related to our work or services. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by third parties

14) Defects and Complaints

The client must notify the agency in writing of any defects or issues with the work or services provided within 30 days of the final invoice date. The agency will not be responsible for any claims made after this period. The Perfect Money Back Guarantee for naming projects can be used if the agency feels they can't meet the objectives set in the original brief. At the start of every project, the agency gathers requirements and confirms directions and expectations for the results. For example, finding a desirable .COM domain within your budget may not always be possible. If your budget isn't enough for the standard of domain you want, this is not the agency's fault. The agency will do its best to find the best possible solution within your budget. All brand names provided will follow the agreed directions. Once directions are set and the brief is finalized, any changes to the brief are the client's responsibility and may result in additional costs.

15) Terms Update

These terms apply to all current and future projects and may be updated at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16) Naming Projects

When creating a brand name, we understand that personal preference can play a role in the choice. At the start of every project, we discuss the directions we will explore for your brand name. All the names we come up with are based on the brief we agreed on at the beginning. The project cannot be refunded or discounted if the names don't match the client's personal tastes. Our goal is to position your brand strategically in the minds of customers. We believe in discussing all your thoughts and refining the names to find a solution that works for the business and that you can use confidently. We reserve the right to discuss any feedback from the client to ensure we get the best results. Once the brand name development process begins, the project is non-refundable due to the costs, time, and resources involved.
